Introducing Kacey and Tucker in MAKING HER BLOOM

Several months ago, I had an idea for a trio of books about a group of best friends approaching thirty who had recently opened a wedding planning business together. Kacey was the florist, Brynn the baker, and Rhee the photographer. These besties were as different as could be, but stuck with each other through thick and thin — including their trials and travails in finding love.

In the first book in the series, Kacey has been trying to forget about Tucker Langham since he broke up with her unexpectedly the summer before college. But now they’re both back living in their home town, and she can’t deny that one look from him still makes her heart go pitter-patter. He wants a chance to right the wrongs of his past, but Kacey doesn’t know if she can forgive him — or trust him not to break her heart again. Can these one-time sweethearts find love a decade after they lost it?

(Weddings Ever After #1)

When I moved back to Rocky Cove and came face-to-face with the first boy I ever loved, I finally understood why they say you can’t go home again.

But with a new wedding planning business to manage, I have better things to do with my time than obsess about the way Tucker Langham’s eyes heat with longing whenever our paths cross.

Except our paths keep crossing, and I keep remembering the way he used to make me feel cherished and adored. Unfortunately, I also remember how he broke my heart that balmy August evening a decade ago.

Thankfully, I’m older and wiser now, and I know better than to fall for his lies again. At least that’s what I tell myself every time he begs for a second shot at forever.
